SUMMER TOURNAMENT 2021 done
UPDATE for TOURNAMENT 2021 - as at 13th Jan 2021
Following our Committee Meeting yesterday, a final decision on whether our Tournament, scheduled for 29/30 May, will take place, will be made at our MARCH Committee Meeting - in light of Government and FA COVID Guidance at that time.
Some of the various options suggested are :
Cancel the Tournament;
Arrange the Tournament for a later date when restrictions allow for such an event to take place, bearing in mind the need to avoid possible clashes with other proposed Club Tournaments;
Reduce the size of the Tournament by limiting either or both, age groups/number of teams that can enter.

Regarding Cholsey Bluebirds Summer Tournament 2020
It is with deep regret that last year’s Summer Tournament, due to be held on 23/24 May 2020, had to be cancelled due to ongoing disruption amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
Each and everyone one of us at Cholsey Bluebirds will endeavour to make next year’s Tournament (29/30 May 2021) our biggest and best ever - assuming it can go ahead.
Any teams that have paid their entry fee for 2020 will be refunded as soon as possible.
We thank all our Sponsors, Advertisers & Raffle Donors who had promised to support us this year and sincerely hope you will be able to help us in the same way next year.
Prizes donated for the Raffle from numerous sources will not be used this year.
We would like to thank you all for your understanding and continuing support.

It is likely that some of the proposed age groups (particularly the GIRLS) will change, as too will the Invitation Letter and Entry Form, and possibly the Rules.
As soon as we have made any decisions in light of possible continuing COVID-19 Government Restrictions, updated information and details (including Invitation Letter, Entry Form & Rues) will appear here regarding our proposed 2021 Tournament.
