Summary of the 2014-15 Season so far
After a very successful season as Under 15s, the Under 16s have had a more difficult time this season in the Oxfordshire Invitation League - which includes teams from all over Oxfordshire as well as a few from Berkshire. However, a gutsy 4-2 win against Faringdon Town away recently has lifted us off the bottom of the table !
With 2 league games left, there's all to play for but the title sadly, is out of our reach.

Summary of the 2013-14 Season
The obvious highlight of the season for the Under 15s was finishing as the winners of their league. This was particularly pleasing after losing every game in the 2013/14 season! The players who carried on after such a tough season can be very proud that they did carry on, and so can those players new to the team who helped contribute to a great team spirit.
The team scored 115 league goals, conceding only 19, and won 15 out of 16 matches. In fact, they scored 17 in the first two league matches, the same number scored in the whole of the 2013/14 season!
It was also great that the boys kept their cool when other teams' players and managers did not! Several times opposing team managers and even the referees commented on the good sportsmanship of the team.
I would also like to thank all the parents who have helped out so much this season, and helped to make it such a success. Finally, a big thank you to Ian Heapy and his family for all their help and support, with Callum doing a great job with training sessions and helping out with the tournaments this year.
